In this project, our client required the design of an industrial lift capable of safely transporting both personnel and materials. The main challenge was creating a versatile system that could adapt to different operational needs while maintaining strict safety standards.
The lift was designed with protective guards to ensure safe operation when used for lifting personnel. These guards were made removable so the platform could also accommodate larger materials and equipment when needed. The system was engineered with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg and designed in accordance with regional safety regulations to ensure reliable and compliant operation.
The final design provided a flexible lifting solution that allowed the same equipment to be used for both personnel access and material handling while maintaining a high level of safety.
